Fenerbahce got one more preparation win, this time over Lokomotiv Kuban in Istanbul with the final score being 86-69 for the hosts.
After a tied first half (41-41), Fenerbahce got a double digits lead with a 14-3 run (55-44). Lokomotiv Kuban reacted and cut the lead to five (56-51) but that was the best the Russian team could do. Jan Vesely had 22 points for the winners, Nikola Kalinic (8 p, 9 r) and Kostas Sloukas (9 p, 8 as, but also 7 turnovers) flirted with the double double and Luigi Datome had 10 points and 5 assists. Malcolm Delaney scored 15 points for Lokomotiv.
