Panathinaikos returned from China to Europe and got the 89-74 win over Unics Kazan in the first game of “Gomelsky Cup”. The Greeks had the lead for most of the game, but builded a double digits advantage in the fourth quarter.

Once more the duo of Ognen Kuzmic (10 p., 5 r., 2 bl.) and Miroslav Radulica (12 p., 9 r.) was the key for the Greens against Artsiom Parakhouski who had also a great game with 18 points and 8 rebounds. James Feldeine provided the extra push from the back court for the winners with 14 points and young gun Vasilis Charalampopoulos was also a contributor with 8 points.

Quino Colom with 13 points and 9 assists was impressive from the losing side, Arturas Milaknis had 15 points and Keith Langford added 12.
