Very bad news for Olympiacos and the American center of the team, Patric Young. As the Greek Team announced on Friday the injury of 23years old player proved to be very serious. The results of the MIR exam revealed that Patrick Young suffered a torn ACL on his left knee.
In the upcoming hours Olympiacos will announce the day of the operation and the time that would be needed for the rehabilitation of the player. Patrick Young is a great athlete but the injury is pretty serious and his first “full” season in Euroleague seems to have already ended. At the same time the Reds have a very difficult situation to handle. It will be very hard for the Euroleague runners up to cover the absence of Young during the season.
