Giannis Bourousis has the highest ranking in the Euroleague and this week he returns to the SEF. Will he continue to impress with his appearances?

Laboral Kutxa’s center is by far the most expensive player in the fantasy challenge and most (if not everyone) acquired him during the season. The Eurohoops.net team has him from the first round and from 50 credits he has now reached 107,3! Can he go higher? So far, Bourousis has 15,8 points, 9,3 rebounds and a ranking of 25 per game, but in the Peace and Frienship stadium it’s going to be tough for him, both in terms of the game itself but also emotionally as well. So, we thank him for the 57 credits and we replace him.

Before we move on to the rest of the changes, let’s take a look at what happened last week. The team did very well with 175 points and 16,1 credits earned, now reaching 659,6!

Aside from Bourousis, another player who is going to depart this week is Mateusz Ponitka, a player who’s been very good lately, but whose mission in Barcelona’s home court is too difficult for us to trust him. The third player who is going to depart is Nick Calathes. Not because he’s not consistent or because he’s not going to have a good game in Smyrna against Karsiyaka, but because the “investment” that is going to be made using Bourousis’s credits pertains to one point guard, Milos Teodosic.

CSKA’s Serbian guard is in shape, he’s facing the weakest team in the Euroleague, Sassari, and he’s a must as long as he keeps having such good games. From there, for the front line the “chosen one” is Ante Tomic, who had a numb start to season but who, after the first two games, has an average ranking of 23 in the next four. The last one is a player who is going to stay on the team for quite a while. Rudy Fernandez had a similar course with Tomic. He was bad in the first three games but has now improved considerably and is still quite affordable (59,2 credits).

Enjoy fantasy!

UPDATE: Alessandro Gentile will miss Milano‘s game vs Efes Anadolu, so Mateusz Ponitka stays in the team and we have 20,1 credits unspent.
