The captain of Olympiacos Vasilis Spanoulis spoke about his relationship with his former teammate at Panathinaikos and now head coach of Zalgiris Kaunas, Sarunas Jasikevicius.

As he said in the official instragram account of Zalgiris Kaunas: “It was a big honor for me to be a teammate of Saras. For 40 minutes we will be opponents and after that we will be friends again”.

The same of course applies for the Greek center of Zalgiris Kaunas, Ian Vougioukas: “I know him pretty well from the Greek national team, we are friends and  it’s the same”.
