Some shocking news for basketball fans, and especially those of the Grizzlies. According to a report by The Commercial Appeal, from the USA, Marc Gasol has broken his foot and will be out indefinitely. This is a big blow for the international Spaniard and for his team as well, that loses its best player, plain and simple.
The coaching staff of the Grizzlies has already admitted that the 31 year old center played in Monday’s game against the Portlant Trail Blazers while being injured, but they surely not expected that it would be that bad. It turned out that the injury Gasol had suffered was indeed quite serious, and now his team will have to cope without him.
