Thanks to 18 points, 17 rebounds, 3 assists and 7 fouls won, the Slovenian Alen Omic was named the MVP of the last game before the Eurocup EighthFinals. He gathered 37 points in the evaluation system, more than anyone else in this round of games.

Gran Canaria was already comfortably sitting at the first place of Group H, but it goes without saying that the Spaniards wanted to make the fans in Las Palmas excited with another offensive, and not only show. Their prey was Hapoel Jerusalem, which they defeated 108 – 61.

Alen Omic played a huge part in this win, and this performance is another testimony of the large and continuous improvement that the 23 year old center is undergoing.
