The two Greek powerhouses walk hand in hand after easily dominating their opponents in the Basket League.

During the Euroleague break, Olympiacos (18-1) wanted to keep an intensity in its game and stay “hot” for the upcoming Top 16 matches. Thus, Trikala (6-13) could not hope to resist much in Piraeus, with the Reds achieving another victory for the championship.

Meanwhile, Panathinaikos (18-1) wanted to give some playing time to newcomer Elliot Williams doing so quite well. The American combo guard debuted by spending 22 minutes on court against Arkadikos (4-15), showing bits and pieces of the reasons why the six times Euroleague champion brought him to Greece.

As usual, Aris (14-5) was too powerful in “Nick Galis” hall, this time overpowering Koroivos (7-12), while AEK (15-4) had a splendid performance away from home versus Apollon (8 – 11) to remain third in the standings.
