Real Madrid became the third team which qualified to the semifinals of Copa Del Rey after beating Fuenlabrada with the impressive 101-84.
Seven players of the winners scored in double digits with Jaycee Carroll being the leading scorer with 18 points, Jonas Maciulis adding 15 points and Andres Nocioni contributing 14. Ivan Paunic had 27 points for Fuenlabrada but they far from enough. It was an easy game for Madrid, which got a 54-33 half time lead and never looked back. The 26 assists of the winners, the total PIR of 136 and the 75% efficiency in two-point shots are all record numbers in the final phase of “Copa Del Rey”.
Real will play in the semifinal against the winner of the game between Laboral Kutxa and Rio Monbus Obradoiro.
