With an impressive offensive performance, Unicaja Malaga prevailed over Cedevita on the road, however the Spaniards still have very few chances to qualify to the next phase (78-91). This was the third win for the visitors (3-7), whereas the hosts suffered their eighth defeat (2-8).

For the winners, five players scored in double figures, with Jack Cooley making an impressive double-double (16 points, 10 rebounds). On the other hand, James White scored 16 points for the losing squad.

Cedevita made a better start to the game (8-2, 15-8), however the Spaniards responded and went on an 8-17 run to end the first quarter in front by two (23-25).

Later, the match continued to be close (25-29, 38-40), but the Spaniards managed to extend their lead to six points (42-48), after 20 minutes in the game.

In the second half, Malaga took over. Playing very well on both ends of the floor, they retained their lead (44-52, 50-58) and closed the third quarter with a double-digit advantage (54-65).

In the fourth quarter, things didn’t change much. The hosts continued to play mediocre, especially defensively, and couldn’t make a come-back (56-69, 68-81), with the visitors comfortably securing their victory. However, the Spaniards are still on the brink of the elimination.
