After a lengthy search, Galatasaray found the player that will strengthen its frontline power in the face of Bernard James. The American center was officially announced by the club with a contract for the remainder of the season.
James began the season for the Shanghai Sharks in China before moving to the “CimBom” camp. He has an NBA experience of 92 games, all with the Dallas Mavericks.
Notorious for his athletic abilities, James is the kind of player who can bring some serious muscle to Galatasaray on both ends of court. But it’s in defense where he thrives the most, since his immense wingspan combined with his correct perception, make him a force to be reckoned with for opposing players who try to attack his territory.
The new center of Galatasaray will not be eligible to play in Eurocup and can help his team only in the Turkish Basketball Super League.
