The team of Antwerp Giants was scheduled to leave Bruxelles for Italy today in order to play against Varese for the FIBA Europe Cup, the team is safe but stuck in Belgium and the game is expected to be postponed.
The team was among those who evacuated the airport with safety and now they are trying to find a way to travel to Italy. Varese has already accepted the game to be postponed and an official announcement from FIBA is expected soon.
UPDATE: As Varese announced the game will be played on the 24th of March.
