Dusko Savanovic left Bayern Munich and Germany and signed with Dinamo Sassari in Italy, as his agent, Misko Raznatovic announced.
Bayern lost in the German BBL semifinals to defending champions Brose Baskets, coach Svetislav Pesic – whose future in the team is also in question – didn’t used him during the playoffs and it’s obvious that the Serb forward needed a new start.
The only thing that remains for the deal to be official is the announcement of the Italian club about the deal between the two sides. It’s unclear yet in which continental league Sassari will play next season, however the team had signed a three year deal in order to be part of the Eurocup.
