The name of the Pro A champion is going to be decided in Game 5 after all. And that is because once again the players of Villeurbanne proved themselves to be quite tough to beat, winning Strasbourg 60 – 59 to tie the series 2-2.

Only Rodrigue Beaubois escaped the tough defensive claws of Villeurbanne, that silenced most of the guests offensive’ weapons. Apart from dropping 23 points, he was the one to make the score 60 – 60, 37 seconds before the end of the game. But when Casper Ware got fouled in the next play, his 1/2 from the line was enough to give his team victory and send the series to Strasbourg.

David Andersen led his team in scoring with 14 points, while grabbing 7 rebounds and Charles Kahudi was strong inside the paint again, with 12 points plus 9 rebounds. The only other player except Beaubois to finish the game in double digits for Strasbourg was Mardy Collins, who registered a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds.
