Can Topsakal, board member of Galatasaray, said in the club’s board meeting that there’s a deal with coach Ergin Ataman for next season and also that Stephan Lasme will be replaced.
As Topsakal said: “We reached an agreement with coach Ergin Ataman and increased his contract from 500.000 to 800.000. We will not re-sign Lasme because he can do the same mistake again. We offered a deal to both Alen Omic and Giannis Bourousis for the center position and we are waiting their answers”.
As Gökmen Özdemir reported via twitter, Topsakal practically confirmed that the budget of the team will increase for next season. While Bourousis stole the show with his amazing season with Baskonia, Slovenian center Alen Omic had also a great year in Spain and Eurocup as a member of Gran Canaria.
