During the presentation of the new coach David Blatt in Turkish media, Dogus Darussafaka’s Executive Board Member and Turkish basketball legend Ibrahim Kutluay announced also the signing of Bradley Wanamaker.
The German league champ with Brose Baskets had already announced that he is leaving his old team and his $ 2,3 milion deal with Dogus Darussafaka was reported by Eurohoops on the 18th of June. Wanamaker is expected to be just the first of a number of big moves that coach Blatt wants to complete in order for Darussafaka to be a Euroleague contender.
Dogus Darussafaka will compete in next season’s Euroleague via a wildcard and last year it got qualified in the Top16 phase of the competition.
