Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors was arrested on Sunday, in East Lansing of Michigan, after allegedly committing an assault.
So far the Warriors have stated that: “We are aware of the news involving Draymond Green in Michigan over the weekend. At this point, we are collecting information and will have no further comment until we have a better understanding of the situation”.
While details on the arrest are not currently available the East Lansing police has confirmed the arrest. It remains to be seen how this will possibly affect Green’s status as a member of the USA national team ahead of the Olympic Games in Rio.
