It was well known that Maccabi Tel Aviv wanted to release Taylor Rochestie and finally today the formula in order to accomodate both sides was found.
The Israelis announced that they parted ways with the player and the next stop in his career is going to be Lokomotiv Kuban. Maccabi and Rochestie were searching all summer long for an other team which was going to be at least part of his one million US dollars contract for the upcoming season. They have negotiated with Olympiacos without success and finally Lokomotiv Kuban is the team that is going to cover the player’s salary.
The 31 years old guard couldn’t establish himself in Maccabi Tel Aviv after a great season in Nizhny Novgorod.
