Fans that gathered in Alhaurin, Malaga to watch the friendly match between Unicaja and Fenerbahce were in for a basketball treat. And that is because no less than three overtime periods were needed in order to have a winner.

The Turkish team was the one to smile after 55 minutes, beating its opponents 112 – 104 to kick-start not only their preparation venture in Spain, but their preseason games in general.

No less than seven players of Fenerbahce scored in double-digit numbers. Bobby Dixon finished the match with 19, Jan Vesely dropped 16 and grabbed 8 rebounds while Ekpe Udoh recorded a double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds.

Bogdan Bogdanovic added 14 points of his own and dished 6 assists, Kostas Sloukas had 12 plus 7 assists and Pero Antic 11 points. In his first match with the Fenerbahce jersey, James Nunnally scored 13 points.

Quite the epic game from new arrivee in the Andalusian team Kyle Fogg with 37 points. Jamar Smith added 16 points, Alberto Diaz 14 and Jeff Brooks 11.
