Dimitris Diamantidis received more than just a standing ovation during the “Diamonds Are Forever” tournament. When asked about his thoughts, he appeared moved.
“There’s only one thing to say, thank you. Thank you for everything. Thank you to the fans for their love and support. Those moments were something incredible to me. I received lots of love and I thank every single person for it.”
“Just happiness”, that’s what Dimitris Diamantidis had to say about his many years in Panathinaikos with a smile on his face.
