More bad news were announced for Maccabi Tel Aviv as the season is about to start. Sonny Weems suffered a rupture in his calf muscle and he expected to miss three to four weeks of action.
Maccabi is already missing Quincy Miller and Andrew Goudelock. Weems is expected to miss the Euroleague games against Milan, Real Madrid, Galatasaray and Zalgiris Kaunas. The only good news of the day came from Goudelock who is trying to be available for the Euroleague season premier against Milan and he will probably be ready to go.
