Unics Kazan already has a 2-0 record in VTB United league by beating on the road Astana 84-68. It was an easy game with the guests getting a double points lead from the first quarter (26-16) and keeping it until the end.
Keith Langford scored 20 points for the winners, Quino Colom added 15 and Coty Clarke contributed a double double (13 p., 13 r.). However, the point is that last season’s finalist proved again that they are ready for more this year both in VTB and the Euroleague.
For the host team which has a 1-1 record, Roderick Odom had 21 points, but not much help by anyone else.
