Enes Kanter scored 24 points, Russell Westbrook added 12 and the Oklahoma City Thunder played again with fire, but managed to get the close 92-89 win against Barcelona.

The hosts had the ball in what was supposed to be the last possesion with 20 second left, but Sasha Vezenkov missed a wide open three with the thinder having a one point lead (90-89). Kanter was fouled with 2 seconds left, he made his free throws (92-89) and Barca tried to send the game to overtime, but couldn’t.

Victor Claver was the top scorer of the game with 25 points, Vezenkov added 13, while Barca is still missing three key players, Tyrese Rice, Petteri Koponen and Pau Ribas, practically half of the back court.

Alex Abrines who had in total 6 points with a goal foul tied the game at 86 with 2.15 minutes left and then Enes Kanter gave to the Thunder a 90-89 lead which proved to be more than crucial.

Steve Adams wasn’t playing for the winning side, coach Billy Donovan gave minutes to all of his players with Domantas Sabonis staying on the court for 31 and scoring 8 points. Joffrey Lauvergne also scored 8 points for the Thunder who are leaving Spain with a 1-1 record after losing to Real Madrid.
