The Spaniards destroyed the Germans (95-58) as Bojan Dubljevic led the charge with 14 points, 7 rebounds and four steals in 20 minutes of action. Vlado Jankovic followed with 12 points and in total seven players of Valencia scored eight or more points. The hosts got a double digits lead from the first quarter (26-16) and never looked back. The 14 points half time advantage (48-34) skyrocketed to 26 (71-45) at the end of the third period and the game was over.
Ulm scored just 24 points in the second half in a night to forget with Chris Babb scoring 14 points but with just 4 out of 12 field goals.
