Felipe Reyes already made history in the first regular season game of Real Madrid. The captain of the “Whites” was already the all time rebounds leader in Euroleague, but he also became the first to reach the 1500 rebounds milestone.
To be exact Reyes has 1502 rebounds in his Euroleague career, followed by Greek center of Panathinaikos Giannis Bourousis in the second place (1444 r.) of the All time list.
Reyes made his Euroleague debut back in the 2000-01 season as a member of Estudiantes and this is going to be the 13th Euroleague season of the 36 years old big man. In all of them with only one exception he was and still is playing for Real Madrid.
