In the press conference after the game against Real Madrid, coach Giannis Sfairopoulos talked about what happened on the court.

When he was asked about a call that was not given in the third quarter in favor of Vangelis Mantzaris he added: “It was a moment in the third quarter in which we were leading and we had the momentum. We stole the ball, we tried to run and I don’t know how Mantzaris fell down. Maybe you were able to see better than me, but this non call changed the momentum of the game. We also missed a lot of lay ups and easy baskets. In the last quarter it was the same. We cut the lead to seven, but we lost many chances to get even closer. As a result we allowed Real Madrid to get in the end a big points difference”.
