Facu Campazzo achieved something unusual in the game against his old team

Facundo Campazzo counted 19 points, 6 rebounds and 14 assists for Murcia against Real Madrid in Week 4 of the Liga Endesa, a statistical combination very rarely seen in the history of the league and a perfect showcase of the Argentinian’s performances this year.

Campazzo, who plays in Murcia on loan from Real, broke a record that has been set fifteen years ago. On November 3, 2001 Elmer Bennett of TAU Ceramica achieved 15 points, 5 rebounds and 12 assists in a game against Barcelona and such numbers haven’t been matched until today!

Such a record has only been made twice more in the league, by  José Luis Llorente in the 1992-93 season and Jose Angel Arcega the previous one as the only players who had 15+ points, 5+ rebounds and 10+ assists on the same game.
