After Belgrade, Dogus Darussafaka got its second win on the road this time in Kazan. The team of coach David Blatt thanks to third quarter run prevailed (94-87) on the way to a 2-1 record.

Despite a 17-5 start by Unics, the game was more or less tied for almost three periods, with the guests getting a six points lead (65-59) after finishing the third quarter with a 10-5 run in 2,5 minutes.

Thanks to five quick points by Scotty Wilbekin and Birkan Batum who had in total 4/4 threes and 12 points, Darussafaka led for the first time with double digits (70-59) at the start of the last quarter. That 15-5 partial score proved to be the key for the guests who got even a 15 points lead (78-63).

Unics tried to come back, but coulnd’t get into striking distance and cut the lead to less than five points. Bradley Wanamaker had 22 points and 7 assists emergind as the leader of his team, James Anderson added 17, while Wilbekin also scored 13.

From the losing side which remains at 0-3, Keith Langford with 22 points and 4 assists tried his best, Anton Ponkrashov registered a personal best with 16 points, Quino Colom added also 16 points, Artsiom Parakhouski had 17 points and 7 rebounds, but it was not enough.
