With a double-double (23 points, 11 rebounds) by Luke Haragondy, Darussafaka Dogus grabbed its third victory in the Turkish League, downing Trabzonspor 83 – 71 away from home.
Darussafaka played a well-balanced game on both ends, taking advantage of its opponents’ inability to deliver from behind the arc (5/19 three-pointers) and winning many battles in 1 vs 1 situations.
Apart from Haragondy, Will Clyburn (14 points, 9 rebounds), Brad Wanamaker (14 points) and Adrien Moerman (10 points, 5 rebounds) threw some strong blows on their hosts.
Kenneth Kadji (16 points, 7 rebounds) and Dwight Hardy (14 points) were the best that Trabzonspor had to offer.
