After leaving Baskonia, Josh Akognon found a new deal with Lietuvos Rytas and he will compete in the Lithuanian LKL league and also in the Eurocup.
The 30 years old guard who has played in the past for Kalev in Estonia, Partizan in Serbia and Sassari in Italy, in China and also for the Dallas Mavericks signed until the end of the season after his temporary contract with Baskonia expired. Akognon is a talented scorer who can contribute big in the Lithuanian club.
