Rudy Fernandez voiced his opinion on the matter and also commented on the arbitration of the game in general. “There are factors that influence the referees, like the fans. It’s not in our hand to overcome some details like this”, said the swingman of Real Madrid, as reported by AS. “The referees have a very hard and difficult job, but it’s true that today, maybe they have been wrong. They have been very good in everything they faced, but they made a call that harmed us very much.”
Regarding the match in general, Rudy liked his team’s solid behavior despite the defeat which arrived in the last seconds. “We had a great attitude and a lot of character. We put on a very good game in which we fought against a great team. We are frustrated about losing in this way, but at the same time we are happy that we have been able to play a very good game.
