Tonight’s car explosions that took place in Istanbul near the stadium of Besiktas didn’t go unnoticed by Aaron Jackson who expressed his fear ahead of the 2017 EuroLeague Final Four.
The guard of CSKA Moscow re-tweeted a video which shows two journalists making a program for Besiktas TV while the noise from explosions is suddenly heard on the background. Jackson commented: “Crazy smh… Final Four in Istanbul has me spooked out too.”
CSKA are the EuroLeague defending champions and Final Four regulars with a constant presence since 2012 and 13 participations in the history of the competition. They are among the top favorites to make it all the way to the 2017 tournament, currently leading the regular season standings with a 10 – 1 record.
