Andrea Bargnani will not play against Unics Kazan on Thursday due to injury, as officially announced by Baskonia. The Italian center of the Spanish team suffers from a patellofemoral pain syndrome on his left knee for quite a while.
Bargnani won’t travel to Kazan with the rest of the team. He will remain in Vitoria and begin his recovery with a platelet-rich plasma treatment. The approximate initial recovery time is estimated at around two weeks, pending certain evaluation in the next days.
