After Nicola Laprovittola joined Baskonia, his former teammate Manu Ginobili congratulated him and wished him luck for his new step in his career, on his twitter account.
26 year old Laprovittola is not the only Argentinean that has played for the Spanish team. Recently retired Pablo Prigioni, Andres Nocioni, Luis Scola, to name a few, all have been part of Baskonia through the years.
With that in mind, the club invited the San Antonio Spurs‘ veteran to a BBQ!
“You are invited for a BBQ since you have so many friends in Baskonia!”, said the team’s tweet to the player:
