All-EuroLeague center Ioannis Bourousis made his first start in more than two months on Tuesday for Panathinaikos Superfoods Athens and made it one to remember by earning MVP honors for Round 19 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season.
Bourousis posted a double-double in leading the Greens to a 71-65 victory over FC Barcelona Lassa. He amassed 14 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks and a performance index rating of 31, which was the highest of any player in the round.
