After the latest defeat of Barcelona, not only the coach Giorgos Bartzokas talked to the press but also the technical director Rodrigo de la Fuente addressed the media.
As he said: “We are in the most delicate moment of the season and the team has lost confidence but we have to stay together and fight. New projects need some time and our injury woes didn’t help us”. It remains to be seen if Barcelona will add a player in order to help the injury-riddled roster.
As for the Greek coach, he added: “I respect the opinion of everyone, but I’m not afraid. I’m responsible for what happens and I knew that it was going to be a difficult season. What I will do now is help the team return to victories. I chose to continue to fight”.
