Dwight Coleby started the season in Turkey but will continue in Italy with Dinamo Sassari, the club announced.
The 26-year-old athletic Bahamian big averaged 14.1 points and 7.4 rebounds with ITU Basket over 15 games in the Turkish League. Before ITU, Coleby played in Belgium with Liege Basket and in Japan with Akita Northern Happinets.
Dinamo Sassari has been having a strong run so far this season in both the Basketball Champions League (8-3 record in Group A, second spot) and the Italian League (15-3 record, second spot). Coleby will be strengthening on all fronts as Coleby will be eligible for both.
