Teksut Bandirma catches RASTA Vechta at 6-6 in Basketball Champions League Group B.

In a tough situation a couple of weeks ago, but Teksut Bandirma is looking good for another Basketball Champions League playoffs berth after the 82-70 victory against RASTA Vechta on Tuesday evening.

The hosts held the lead throughout the Regular Season Gameday 12 affair with Emanuel Terry scoring 24 points behind 12/14 two-pointers. The Lincoln Memorial alum also pulled down 14 rebounds including six offensive boards. Ian Hummer added 17 points.

Josh Young sank four threes en route for 23 points at the Kara Ali Acar Sport Hall, but was not enough for Pedro Calles’ squad.

Both sides are now 6-6 in Group B. Hakan Demir’s side gained the tiebreaker advantage with a “W” in both games versus the German club.
