SIG Strasbourg announced that Vincent Collet is no longer the head coach of the club and that assistant coach Lassi Tuovi will take on his duties for the remainder of the season.

Strasbourg suffered its 10th consecutive defeat across all competitions on Saturday against Orleans and this signaled the end of Collet’s era.

The 56-year-old coach has been on Strasbourg’s bench since 2011, and during his time with the team, he was named Jeep Elite Pro A coach of the year in 2015 and 2016, while seizing a Leaders Cup and a French Cup in 2015.
