According to “Aragon Deporte” Casademont Zaragoza has found the big man who will replace local talent Javier Justiz. Former Fenerbahce player Jason Thompson is expected to join the team.
Thompson has played for the Golden State Warriors, the Sacramento Kings, and the Toronto Raptors before joining Fenerbahce back in the 2017-18 season.
Thompson was played in the Chinese CBA, in which the season is suspended due to the outbreak of the coronavirus. Thompson was averaging 13.2 points and 10.9 rebounds as a member of Beikong Fly Dragons, after spending last season with the Sichuan Blue Whales.
