Darussafaka Tekfen announced exit of Gary Browne and a few hours later, that they have added John Gillon to the roster on a 1+1 deal.
The 26-year-old American guard played in the G League for the Texas Legends, Erie BayHawks and Greensboro Swarm before moving overseas to Lithuania for Pieno zvaigzdes.

We are pleased to announce that we have strengthened our roster and point guard squad by signing a 2 year (with 1 season optional) contract with John Gillon.
John, who is joining our family, played College Basketball for 3 different universities including University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Colorado State University and Syracuse University.
After playing in the NBA G-League between 2017-2019, John joined to Pieno žvaigždės Pasvalys of Lithuania and had a good season by having 14 points, 4.4 assists, 2.2 rebounds per game.
We are looking forward to have John and his family in Istanbul and wish him a healthy & succesfull season with Daçka family!
