Iberostar Tenerife announced they have signed Aaron Doornekamp on Wednesday, who’s just been released by Valencia, as the club didn’t match Tenerife’s offer for the player.
34-year-old Doornekamp will make his return to Tenerife following three seasons with Valencia. During the 2019-2020 season, the player averaged 4.9 points and 2.3 rebounds in 16 minutes across 28 EuroLeague games, as well as 5.5 points and 2.6 rebounds in 17 minutes over 28 matches of the Spanish ACB League.
