San Pablo Burgos announced that the club has reached an extension agreement with Jasiel Rivero for another season.
This past season, in the sixteen Spanish League games, including the Final Tournament, Rivero averaged 7.8 points and 3.8 rebounds while shooting 37.9% from deep.
In Basketball Champions League, the 26-year-old power forward logged 9.9 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.
“A good team is forming with a good project. I am super happy with this new opportunity that the team gives me and I am going to take full advantage of it. We had a very good campaign. We hope that this next one will be much better. I think I have had a lot of improvement in these months, but I want much more on a personal level to continue improving in all aspects of basketball. Better times and many successes will come for all Burgos. We hope the fans never stop supporting us,” Rivero said.
