Igokea announced the addition of forward/center Nikola Jovanovic for the 2020-2021 seaon. With his new team, the Serbian big man will make his Basketball Champions League debut next season.
Jovanovic comes from Crvena Zvezda. He six EuroLeague games with the Serbian powerhouse in 2019-2020, averaging 2.0 points and 1.8 rebounds in 6:57 minutes, while posting 3.7 points and 1.0 rebounds in 7.7 minutes over seven ABA League matches.
Crvena Zvezda had previously loaned Jovanovic in 2018-2019. After the completion of the season, the player signed a new contract with the club.
