The Zaragoza guard suffered an injury on his left hand and will undergo surgery

Casademont Zaragoza announced that point guard Rodrigo San Miguel will undergo surgery after suffering an injury to his left hand during the recent Liga Endesa game against Barcelona.

San Miguel, who will turn 36 in January, suffered a complete tear of the ulnar collateral ligament of his left thumb, and as the team announced he is expected to miss 12 weeks of action.

In 11 games played in the Spanish Liga Endesa this season, San Miguel has averaged 4.5 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game.
