After spending the 2020-21 season with Pesaro, Croatian coach Jasmin Repesa returns to one of his past loves. Fortitudo Bologna announced that Repesa is back with a multiyear contract, as the Italian club is trying to regain its past glory.

Under coach Repesa Fortitudo won the Italian championship title back in 2005 and also the Italian SuperCup. During those years, Fortitudo was one of the powerhouses of Italian basketball, participating in the Euroleague and having four straight Italian league finals appearances from 2002 to 2006.

Born in 1961, Repesa has won two Turkish League titles with Tofas, two Italian league titles – the second with Milano in 2015 – and six Croatian league titles with Cibona and Cedevita. He has also coached the Croatian and the Bosnian national teams.
