Lavrio Megabolt keeps Tyson Carter for a second season, including the Basketball Champions League

Tyson Carter has re-signed with Lavrio Megabolt for the next season, the team announced Sunday.

Carter, 23, launched his pro career coming out of Mississippi State averaging 13.9 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 1.1 steals per match in Greece’s Basket League. The approaching season adds the Basketball Champions League paired with the domestic league.

The previous offseason contract extensions for the Greek side featured Vassilis Mouratos and Petros Geromichalos. In addition, Alexandros Nikolaidis, Alfis Pilavios, Dimitris Kaklamanakis, Jerry Smith, Kenny Goins, Marcus Lewis, and Al-Wajid Aminu have been added this summer.

Christos Serelis will be guiding his team in BCL Regular Season Group C against Nizhny Novgorod, JDA Dijon, and Unicaja Malaga.
