Prometey has been on a transfer roll recently. After center Miro Bilan, the Ukrainian Basketball Champions League newcomer announced the addition of former All-BCL swingman DJ Kennedy for the upcoming season.
Kennedy, 31, comes from his second stint with Pinar Karsiyaka. He had 6.3 points, 5.1 assists and 2.1 assists in the 2020-21 Basketball Champions League plus 8.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists in the Turkish BSL League.
In 2018, Kennedy was named to the Basketball Champions League Star Lineup as a player of Karsiyaka. He then moved to Reyer Venezia with which he won the 2019 Italian League championship before returning to Karsiyaka once again.
