Ahmet Caki has been named the new head coach of Tofas, the club announced Friday. Caki reunites with the club after his 2012-2014 stint and will replace Hakan Demir on the bench.
The two sides have penned a two-and-a-half-year deal and Caki will join the team after the November FIBA World Cup Qualifiers windows, as he currently serves as an assistant coach in the Turkish NT.
Tofas returns to Basketball Champions League action on December 8, when they face Filou Oostende on the road for Gameday 5. They currently lead Group F with a 3-1 record.
