Hapoel Jerusalem announced that the club signed forward/center Suleiman Braimoh. The 32-year-old big man is back at Hapoel following his stint with the team in 2019-2021.
“I’m very happy to return,” Braimoh said per the club. “Jerusalem is my home. We have a difficult task in the Basketball Champions League but you already know me. I missed our fans and I promise them we’ll fight until the last drop of sweat.” Hapoel is currently 1-3 in Group B of the Basketball Champions League.
Braimoh began the 2021-22 season with San Pablos Burgos in Spain. He averaged 7.0 points in 16.4 minutes in the Basketball Champions League, along with 7.7 points plus 3.5 rebounds in 17:36 minutes in the Spanish ACB League.
